Vegan Food Fair 10 September

So today, we made the short trip to the Vegan Food Fair South Africa in Pretoria!

Vegan “butter chicken” curry recipe…

No, that wasn’t a typo, it’s a vegan “butter chicken” curry!

Well… not really but its close enough! In this recipe, you substitute butter with olive oil and chicken with a variety of veggies.
